This online guide to culture was created to help teachers, parents and caregivers provide ways to bring the arts into the lives of young people with whom they are connected. The organizations listed on this site, found by browsing the A-Z list, by category or discipline, or using search all have programs that are appropriate for young people.
Many of the groups found on this site have developed special programs and activities for schools and other groups and all contribute to a better education and a richer learning experience. Programs, events and activities can be found by using the calendar or search features.
Get started using the site by reading the highlights below, by browsing using the navigation on the left of this screen or by using the search function.
In addition to information about organizations and their events, you may also take advantage of our online curriculum materials, developed with a grant from the U.S. Department of Education. To view these materials, click here.
