548 West 22nd Street
Center 548 in Chelsea is in the former home of the Dia Center for the Arts and X Initiative.
The venue space works with museums, foundations, institutions, consulates, galleries, corporations and individuals to provide a venue for international arts and culture. The 35,000-square-foot former museum is divided between three unique open and light filled 9,500 square foot floors with views of the High Line park and the Hudson River. In December 2010, stage director Robert Wilson exhibited his installation, Perchance to Dream, here, featuring images of dancer Robert Bolle.
