Staffed information and tour desks assist visitors and serve as the departure point for Lincoln Center's campus tours. Tickets to the center's events can be purchased via kiosks and telephone service. On Thursday evenings at 8:30 pm, the space hosts free performances by both Lincoln Center's resident organizations and other artists. Meet the Artist Saturdays are free performances that take place the the first Saturday of the month at 11 am.

The LEED-certified public space was created by architects Tod Williams and Billie Tsien and includes free WiFi access, public seating, two 21-foot-high vertical living gardens, a 44-foot-wide media wall displaying visitor and Lincoln Center performance information as well as curated video presentations, and a 97-foot felt wall art installation by Dutch artist Claudy Jongstra.
