    Established in 2005, this company performs classic Beijing Opera works with a full orchestra and costuming for local communities, schools and colleges throughout the metropolitan area. A culmination of over 1,400 years of Chinese Opera, Beijing Opera is itself an art form that is 200 years old. Director Tong Xiao Ling's family has been performing Chinese Opera for four generations. The company seeks to train new artists in this form.

    Founded in 1977, Urban Glass furnishes artists with opportunities to learn glassmaking through residencies, workshops and access to furnaces and equipment. Visitors to the studio may watch glass being blown, see products of those efforts in the studio's Robert Lehman Gallery or purchase newly blown glass art in the gift shop.
